Project Details:

  • Location: A house constructed for Mr. Shiv Pratap Singh in Pipliya Hama village, Ujjain.

  • Key Features:

    • Exterior: The entire exterior is made of stone. The contractor, Mr. Lakhan, did the work.

    • Stone Used: Jaisalmer stone was used for the entire exterior. The stone was brought from Jaisalmer and carved on-site.

    • Architectural Elements:

      • The house features beautifully designed jharokhas (balconies/overhanging enclosed windows).

      • One corner of the house is designed in a unique round shape.

      • The stones were meticulously cut into 6x6 inch pieces to create the design.

      • The building is a three-story structure.

      • A parking area with a decorative canopy (chhatri) on top has also been designed.

    • Craftsmanship: The stone exterior showcases intricate and beautiful carvings.
